Emin Kuzumi graduated in Dentistry from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tirana between 1993 and 1998. He earned a Scientific Master’s degree in Dental Prosthetics from 2007 to 2009 and later obtained a PhD in the same discipline in 2015. With over 16 years of teaching experience at the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Tirana, he also taught for 6 years at the “Zoja e Këshillit të Mirë” University focusing on dental materials, and for 4 years at the dental technician school.
For 19 years, he served as medical coordinator at the university dental clinic in the prosthetics department while simultaneously running his private practice as a dentist and prosthodontist.
Since 2019, he has been the Technical Director of the Dental Prosthetics Department at Gremi Clinic, bringing his deep expertise and experience to patient care.

 Stiven is a key figure in the day-to-day operational management of the facility. He graduated in Law from the University of Tirana in 2014, combining analytical skills with a strong focus on patient wellbeing and experience.
He started his career at Gremi Clinic in 2016 as a guide for international patients, serving as their first point of contact and support throughout their treatment journey. In 2017, he was appointed General Coordinator, playing a decisive role in optimizing workflows and continuously improving services.
In April 2024, he was promoted to Vice Director, overseeing strategic coordination, interdepartmental communication, and ensuring a “premium” standard for every patient.
His extensive field experience, alongside his ability to build trust and transparency at every stage of treatment, make Stiven one of the pillars behind Gremi Clinic’s success in dental tourism.

 Dr. Nderim Shefkiu is a maxillofacial surgeon with a strong academic background and specialization in oral surgery and dental implantology. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Medicine in Tirana and completed numerous advanced training courses in Italy, Poland, and Switzerland. He is currently pursuing an International Second-Level Master’s degree in Advanced Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”—one of the most prestigious programs in Europe.

Kristi graduated from the University of Medicine in Tirana, completing a Master’s degree in Dental Sciences. He further specialized by completing the “Postgraduate Expert in Implanto-Prosthesis” program at the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM).
Since September 2022, he has been part of the Gremi Clinic team, providing advanced implantology and oral rehabilitation treatments.

 Kevin earned a Master’s degree in Dental Sciences from the University of Medicine in Tirana in 2017 and became licensed in 2019. With over seven years of experience in dental prosthetics, he focuses on personalized solutions to restore the aesthetics and function of smiles on both natural teeth and implants.
He has been a member of Gremi Clinic for over five and a half years, working as a prosthodontist specializing in full-mouth rehabilitation and advanced prosthetic treatments.

 Besjan graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry Department, University of Medicine in Tirana (2017–2022), where he also obtained a Master’s degree in the same field.
Since 2017, he has attended numerous national medical conferences, staying up to date on the latest in dental prosthetics. He has experience in various dental clinics, focusing on prosthetic therapy and rehabilitation on implants and natural teeth, using both temporary and definitive solutions.
Since February 2024, he has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team as a prosthodontist specializing in prosthetics on implants and natural teeth.

 Dragush graduated from the “Aldent” Faculty of Dentistry in 2023. Since 2021, he has been actively involved in prosthetics practice.
In November 2023, he obtained certification in Implantology and Digital Dentistry, gaining expertise in modern dental restoration technologies.
Since June 2024, he has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team as a prosthodontist, focusing on quality, precision, and patient comfort. He is dedicated to providing prosthetic solutions that improve both function and aesthetics of the smile.

 Kejsi completed her studies at the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the University of Medicine in Tirana (2012–2017) and was licensed as a dentist in 2019.
Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous congresses and multidisciplinary training courses in dental medicine, specializing in “Advanced Endodontics” in 2021. With over 13 years of experience in therapy and dental prosthetics, she has worked in various clinics, developing advanced skills and a professional approach to patient treatment.

 Simona completed her Master’s in Dental Sciences at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Medicine in Tirana in 2022. Since March 3, 2024, she has been part of the Gremi Clinic team, providing professional and dedicated care for every dental treatment.

Rea earned her degree in General Nursing from Aldent University (2021–2024). She is fluent in English and Italian, which helps her connect easily with patients from various countries. She has experience as a medication controller and has been working as a dental assistant at Gremi Clinic since September 2024. Rea has attended courses and conferences such as the “National Congress of Medical Sciences” and “Scientific Research in Nursing,” preparing her to provide professional and attentive patient care.

Samantha completed her Nursing studies at Albania University. She gained practical experience during a six-month internship at ABD Dental Clinic. For over eight months, she has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team, supporting every phase of dental treatment with care and professionalism.

Orest graduated in Radiology from the University of Medicine of Tirana. With over four years of experience in various diagnostic centers, he joined Gremi Clinic in 2024. His expertise includes performing and interpreting radiological exams, focusing especially on 3D dental imaging and panoramic X-rays used in implant treatment planning.

Fatime holds a degree in Medical Technical Sciences from Tirana and a Master’s in Nursing Care Management. After working in emergency cardiac care, she transitioned to dental tourism. She joined Gremi Clinic in January 2025, where she is mainly responsible for administering injections, nursing diagnosis, and closely monitoring patients throughout their treatment.

Kiara completed General Nursing studies at Albanian University. During her training, she attended numerous scientific conferences at both university and national levels in medical sciences. She joined Gremi Clinic’s team in June 2024, providing clinical assistance and patient support in a professional, dynamic environment.

Albiona graduated in General Nursing from Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durres in 2016. After graduation, she volunteered in the cardiology department (2016–2017) and obtained her nursing license in 2019. Between 2019 and 2021, she worked at several clinics and helped care for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has been a dental nurse at Gremi Clinic since 2021, ensuring professionalism and excellent care in all her duties.

 Anxhelina graduated in Nursing from the Faculty of Medical Technical Sciences in Tirana. She completed a professional Master’s program in 2016-2017, deepening her healthcare skills. Since 2023, she has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team, known for her dedication and professionalism in delivering high-quality patient care.

Blerta graduated in General Nursing from Albanian University (2015–2018) and earned a Master’s in Nursing Management (2018–2019). She obtained her license in 2019 and worked as a surgical instrument technician in cardio-surgery, general surgery, orthopedics, vascular surgery, laparoscopy, and arthroscopy departments (2020–2023). She has completed various training courses, including the XVI ASAI Congress, education on emerging pathogens, transfusion safety, and nursing role workshops. Since March 2025, she has been a vital member of Gremi Clinic’s team, bringing dedication and professionalism.

 Elidjola earned her degree in General Nursing from Aldent University in 2024. She worked for six months at Genius Clinic and joined Gremi Clinic’s professional team in February 2025. She is committed to providing qualified assistance and patient support throughout treatments.

Malvina studied at Dental University-Al from 2007 to 2009 and completed specialized courses in removable prosthetics, Bredent structures, wax modeling, and ceramic techniques. With fifteen years of experience as a dental technician, she is known for precision, dedication, and high-quality work. She has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team for over four years, consistently contributing to creating restorations that are both functional and aesthetic.

Enkeleda earned a degree in Dental Technology from UFO University in 2005. With 20 years of experience in dental laboratories, she has extensive expertise in prosthetics and aesthetic restorations. She has completed courses on zirconia coloring and advanced prosthetics techniques at Real-Dent. Registered with the professional board, she is known for precision and dedication. She has been a stable member of Gremi Clinic’s team for seven years, helping deliver dental work of the highest aesthetic and functional standards.

Erlinda graduated from Aldent University in 2008 and has been licensed since 2010, renewing her license three times. She attended specialization courses in One Bake dental ceramics, enhancing her skills in advanced aesthetic restorations. With 17 years of experience in various dental labs, she brings dedication, precision, and aesthetic excellence to every project. She has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team for three years, focused on creating high-quality, custom ceramic prosthetics.

Rei graduated from Ivodent Academy in 2021 and has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team since then. With four years of experience as a dental technician, Rei delivers precision and professionalism in every detail, contributing to premium quality dental prostheses.

 Anisa graduated in September 2021 and has been registered with the professional board since August 2022. With over five years of dental sector experience, she specializes in digital design of prosthetic restorations, using professional software for aesthetic and functional planning. She has worked with Gremi Clinic for four years as a Dental Designer, collaborating closely with doctors and technicians to ensure precise, customized solutions for each clinical case.

Besiana graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages with a specialization in Spanish in 2017. She has been part of the Gremi Clinic team since 2016, working as a coordinator. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, she ensures effective communication and seamless organization between patients and staff for a smooth, professional clinical experience.

 Eneida earned a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tirana (2009–2012) and a Master’s in Civil Law (2012–2014). Certified by the National Bar Association in 2015, she has over 10 years of experience in coordination and administrative management. Since May 2021, Eneida has been part of Gremi Clinic as Laboratory Coordinator, supervising technical and logistical processes in prosthetic production and quality control.

Alsana studied Medical Radiology Techniques and joined Gremi Clinic in 2018. She began as Communication Department Coordinator, helping build effective and professional patient communication. In 2024, she moved to the role of Prosthetic Clinic Coordinator, working closely with medical staff and patients to ensure a well-organized, safe, and meticulously managed therapeutic journey.

Esmeralda completed studies in Computer Science and Economics, combining technical skills with administrative knowledge. Since 2018, she has been part of Gremi Clinic, managing office administration. Thanks to her precision, organizational skills, and effective communication, Esmeralda ensures smooth internal office operations and serves as a key reference for the administrative team.

Suarda graduated as a Dental Laboratory Technician and later completed university studies in Law. Throughout her career, she has held significant roles as a lawyer, editor, project coordinator, and consultant for organizations and private companies in Albania. Since February 2020, she has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team, offering dental consultancy with professionalism and dedication, helping patients make informed decisions and feel confident throughout their care journey.

Alesia holds a degree in Spanish and English from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, along with a Master’s in Language and Tourism Communication. With a strong background in intercultural communication and international patient care, she joined Gremi Clinic in 2021 as a dental consultant.

Today, as Operations Coordinator, Alesia plays a central role in managing the office’s daily operations — from scheduling and logistics to internal coordination between teams. She ensures that everything runs efficiently and stays on track, all while remaining a trusted point of contact for both patients and staff.

Noudjoud earned a degree in Marketing in 2016, followed by a second-level Master’s in Service Marketing in 2018. She also completed training as a microinformatics operator in 2019. Professionally, she started working in customer service at a travel agency in Algeria. She currently works as a medical consultant at Gremi Clinic, guiding French-speaking patients throughout their care journey from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.

Adel has a strong background in foreign languages complemented by commercial and IT skills. His diverse professional experience has developed excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills. Since 2025, he has been part of Gremi Clinic’s team as a dental consultant for French-speaking patients, accompanying them through every step with clear explanations, personalized advice, and continuous support, ensuring a smooth, professional, and reassuring treatment experience.

Patrick, originally from Belgium, holds a degree in Information and Communication. After a long career in the aviation industry, where he gained extensive experience in customer relations and intercultural communication, he joined Gremi Clinic in May 2025 as a Medical Consultant. Salomé holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès. Her academic background has given her a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional mechanisms, and support strategies.

Sara holds a degree in General Medicine, having completed her first year of studies in France, where she gained strong international academic training.
